Margaret Evelyn Daniel, 81, Obituary

Waycross, Ware County, Georgia - Margaret Evelyn Daniel, 81, died Friday, March 8 at Baptist Village after an extended illness.

She is a native and lifelong resident of Lyons, but has been in Waycross for the past six years. She was a homemaker and member of Sweat Memorial Baptist Church.

She is the daughter of the late Herschel Victor Mosley and Addie Vanes Hunter.

Survivors: daughters, Martha Nell Powell of Lyons, Helen (Thomas) Kirkland of Rincon, Faye (Ralph) Tyson of Waycross and Ann (Allen) Alchian of Monument, CO; sons, Jim Paul (Rena) Gordy, Jr. of Alma, Ronald (Betty) Gordy of Savannah, Robert (Sue) Gordy of Galena, MO, Billy (Mae Jo) Gordy of Bloomingdale, Michael (Jenny) Gordy of Marion, IL and Wallace (Leann) Gordy of Lyons; 22 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

Funeral: 11:00 a. m. Monday, March 11 at Sweat Memorial Baptist Church.

Graveside Service: 3:00 p. m. Monday, Lyons City Cemetery.

Remembrances: Sweat Memorial Baptist Church Building Fund, 510 W. Blackshear Ave., Waycross, GA 31501.
