Mr. Walter Lewis Belch, 71, Obituary

Lyons, Toombs County, Georgia - Mr. Walter Lewis Belch, age 71, of 216 Nelson Ave., Lyons, died late Wednesday night, October 26, at his residence after an extended illness. Mr. Belch was a native of Colrain, N.C., living in Jacksonville, Fla. many years, and resided in Lyons for three and half years. He was retired from Statline Industries, was a Veteran serving in the Korean Conflict, and was a member of Fairview Baptist Church of Lyons. Mr. Belch is survived by his wife: Janet Belch of Lyons, two sons: Ronnie L. Belch and Allen D. Belch both of Jacksonville, Florida, five daughters: Judy C. Wahby Belch of Jacksonville, Fla., Sally M. Garcci and Ryan C. Belch both of Lyons, Toni L. Corbin and Shivawn C. Belch both of Lyons, four sisters: Doris Seczepanek of Jacksonville, Fla., Helen, Laverne, and Florence, Thirteen grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. Memorial services for Mr. Walter Lewis Belch will be held Saturday, October 29, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. from the Fairview Baptist Church in Lyons with the Rev. Glen Russell officiating.

Ronnie L. Stewart Family Funeral Service of Vidalia is in charge of funeral arrangements.
