Plant City, Hillsborough County, Florida - Ms. Julia Oxendine, 96

Homemaker

PLANT CITY -- Ms. Julia Oxendine of Plant City died of heart and lung failure Saturday (Dec. 28, 2002) at Pasco Medical Center in Zephyrhills. She was 96.

Born in Vidalia, Ga., on Arpil 11, 1906, she came to Plant City from New York City in 1979. She was a homemaker.

Ms. Oxendine is survived by her daughter, Eddie Mae Oxendine, Plant City.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 this evening at Charlow Funeral Home, Plant City. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Allen Chapel A.M.E. Church, 1109 E. Laura St., Plant City.
