James S. Boatwright Obituary

Vidalia, Toombs County, Georgia - James S. Boatwright , 80, died Oct. 8, 1999.

The Montgomery County native lived in West Palm Beach, Fla. for 50 years, returning to Montgomery County in 1989. He was a retired general contractor and an Army veteran of World War II, as well as a member of Ruths Chapel Methodist Church.

SURVIVORS: his wife, Genelee Boatwright of Vidalia; a son, Rusty Boatwright of West Palm Beach; three brothers, Brunson and Daniel Boatwright of West Palm Beach and W.T. Boatwright of North Carolina; two grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

FUNERAL: 4 p.m. today at Ronnie L. Stewart & Son Funeral Service Inc., burial in Ruths Chapel Methodist Church Cemetery.
