Vidalia, Toombs County, Georgia - Elzie Humphrey, 81, died Nov. 16 at Fairview Park Hospital in Dublin.
He was a lifelong resident of Toombs County. He was a retired construction worker, a gardener and a deacon of Vidalia Baptist Temple.
SURVIVORS: a son, Oliver Braddy of Lexington, S.C.; two daughters, Wauline Moxley and Earldeen Hughes, both of Vidalia; two brothers, J.C. and Audrey Humphrey, both of Vidalia; a sister, Juanelle McDonald of Vidalia; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
VISITATION: 7-9 p.m. today at Ronnie L. Stewart & Son Funeral Service.
FUNERAL: 2 p.m. Thursday at Vidalia Baptist Temple, burial in Pinecrest Cemetery in Vidalia.

Vidalia, Toombs County, Georgia - J.D. Willis, 62, died Nov. 16 at home.
He was born in Treutlen County. He was a machine operator with Thomas and Betts Co. in Vidalia before retiring and a Baptist.
SURVIVORS: two sons, Jerry and James Willis, both of Vidalia; a daughter, Donna Willis of Vidalia; six grandchildren and three stepgrandchildren.
VISITATION: 6-8 p.m. today at Sammons Funeral Home in Soperton.
FUNERAL: 1 p.m. Thursday at Sammons Funeral Home, burial in Heath Cemetery in Treutlen County.
