Ailey, Montgomery County, Georgia - Frank Cartrette, 94, died June 12 at Fairview Park Hospital in Dublin.
He was a lifelong resident of Montgomery County, a retired farmer and Baptist.
SURVIVORS: his wife, Ruby L. Caraway Cartrette of Ailey; two daughters, Janet Braddy and Donna Johnson, both of Ailey; a son, Maurice Cartrette of Vidalia; two sisters, Juanita Whitfield of North Augusta, S.C., and Irene Kennedy of Charlotte, N.C.; 15 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
VISITATION: 7-9 p.m. today at Murchison Funeral Home in Vidalia.
SERVICE: 3 p.m. Wednesday at Murchison Funeral Home, burial in Lakeview Memorial Gardens, Vidalia.

Alston, Montgomery County, Georgia - Mrs. Eddie Mae O'Neal Galbreath, 79, died June 11 at Bethany Nursing Center in Vidalia.
She was born in Montgomery County and lived in this area most of her life. She retired from Oxford after 17 years and was a member of New Corinth Baptist Church.
SURVIVORS: a son, Edward E. Jewell of Alston; two daughters, Mary Booth of Vidalia and Margaret McLean of Alston; two brothers, G.H. O'Neal Jr. and Carl E. O'Neal, both of Brunswick; seven grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
FUNERAL: 4 p.m. today at Ronnie L. Stewart Family Funeral Service, Vidalia, burial in Galbreath Cemetery.
