Lyons, Toombs County, Georgia - Mrs. Geneva Curl Darden, 84, died Aug. 24 at Meadows Regional Medical Center.
The Emanuel County native was a longtime resident of Toombs County and a homemaker. She was a Baptist.
SURVIVORS: five daughters, Jean Burke of Georgetown, Daisy Beasley of Oak Park, Evelyn Herring and Christine Cone, both of Lyons, and Rose Powell of Soperton; three sons, Billy Darden of Lyons, James Henry Darden of Johnson Corner and Jackie Darden of Vidalia; two sisters, Sadie Chavis of Uvalda and Nobie Willis of Thomasville; a brother, Clyde Curl of Soperton; 28 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
VISITATION: 7-9 p.m. today at Murchison Funeral Home, Vidalia.
FUNERAL: 11 a.m. Monday at Murchison Funeral Home, Vidalia. Burial will be in Ruth's Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery in Montgomery County.
