Hazlehurst, Jeff Davis County, Georgia - Infant Keyhon Allen, Jr., , died Saturday, June 7, 2003 at Memorial Health University Medical Center. He was born in Savannah and was three weeks old.

Survivors: mother, Crystal Baker Forsyth of Macon; father, Keyhon Lavern Allen of Vidalia; maternal grandparents, Winnie and Melvin Ross, Sr. of Warner Robins; paternal grandparents; Adale Allen of McRae and William Davis of Miami, Fla.; maternal great-grandparents, Edwin and Peggy Baker of Macon; paternal great-grandparents, Louise and William Davis of Miami, Fl; four aunts, five uncles, and a host of other cousins and relatives.

Funeral Service: 3:00 p.m., Friday, June 27 at King Brothers Chapel in Hazlehurst.

Burial: Starlight Baptist Church Cemetery, Glenwood.
