Crystal Rae Coleman Edwards Obituary

Vidalia, Toombs County, Georgia - Crystal Rae Coleman Edwards 26 of Leman Rd., died Saturday evening of injuries received in ana automobile accident. A native and lifelong resident of Toombs County, she was a homemaker and a member of Liberty Baptist Church of Lyons. Crystal is survived by her husband, Timothy Jack Edwards of Vidalia; one son, James Dillion Taylor of Vidalia; her parents, Johnny and Lucy Coleman of Lyons; two sisters, Rachel Veach of Little Rock, Arkansas and Cindy Smith of Lyons; several other family members also survive. Visitation: 7:00 - 10:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Funeral Services: 11:00 a.m. Wednesday from the Chapel of Jones-Stewart Funeral Home of Lyons with Rev. Gilbert Wommack and Rev. Don Gibbs officiating. Burial: Waters Cemetery near Vidalia. Jones-Stewart Funeral Home.

Pam Way Hester Obituary

Jacksonville, FL - Pam Way Hester 36, died Saturday, November 8, 2003, in Hinesville after a short illness. She was a native of Savannah, GA and lived the past 15 years in Jacksonville, FL. She was a graduate of Brewton Parker College and worked as a cosmetologist. She was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her father. Peyton Way and her grandmother, Edwina D. Long. Survivors are a son, Trey Hester of Jacksonville, FL; her mother and step-father, Cathy and David Lyons of Savannah; step-brother, Brad Lyons of USAF in Japan; maternal grandfather, C. Ogden Long of Hinesville; paternal grandmother, Melba Amos of Ponte Vedra, FL; paternal grandparents, Raleigh and Delilah Way of Hinesville. Visitation: 6:00 - 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 11, 2003 at Carter Funeral Home Oglethorpe Chapel. Funeral Services: 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 12, 2003 at Gum Branch Baptist Church. Burial: Gum Branch Cemetery. Carter Funeral Home Oglethorpe Chapel.

Lucy Felton Sanders Obituary

Lyons, Toombs County, Georgia - Lucy Felton Sanders, 88, of 3349 Hwy. 147 Lyons, died early Monday morning at her residence after an extended illness. A native and lifelong resident of Toombs County, she was a homemaker, member of the Busy Bee Quilting Club and a member of Providence Baptist Church. Mrs. Sanders was preceded in death by her husband, Horace Sanders. She is survived by one son, James H. Sanders of Lyons; three grandsons, John, David and Ben Sanders all of Lyons; nine great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survive. Visitation: 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Funeral Services: 2:00 p.m. Wednesday from the Providence Baptist Church with the pastor, Rev. James Wilcox officiating. Burial: Church Cemetery. Jones-Stewart Funeral Home.
