Jeanette Wilson Anderson Obituary

Reidsville, Tattnall County, Georgia - Jeanette Wilson Anderson, 61, died August 16, 2004 at Candler Hospital.

The Tattnall County native was a baptist and a homemaker. She enjoyed floral design as a hobby.

Survivors include daughters, Christine Harper, Vidalia, Jackie Wood, Reidsville; sons, John Anderson, Reidsville, Dewayne Anderson, Atlanta, Jimmy and Gina Anderson, Tyson; mother, Dovie Wilson, Reidsville; sisters, Betty Flowers, Martha Stanfield, Debbie Wilson all of Reidsville; brother, Larry Wilson, Glennville; 11 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Tuesday in the Chapel of Cobb Funeral Home. Funeral: 11 a.m. Wednesday at Cobb Funeral Home, Reidsville Chapel.

Burial: Pineview Baptist Church Cemetery. Cobb Funeral Home.

Joseph Leon Waters, Jr. Obituary

Claxton, Evans County, Georgia - Joseph Leon Waters, Jr., 22, died August 14, 2004.

He was a native of Toombs County, had resided in Evans County for much of his life and moved to Portal after he married 3 years ago.

He attended The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness in Statesboro and worked as a insurance adjuster for AllState Insurance Company.

He enjoyed writing songs and playing music and spending time outdoors was one of his favorite activities.

Survivors: his wife, Clarissa J. Waters of Portal; his father, Joseph Leon Waters, Sr., and step-mother, Linda of Statesboro; his mother, June P. Bouchard of New Castle, PA; Paternal grandparents, Leon and Margaret Waters of Claxton; a half brother, David Allen Gilmore of Tampa Bay, Florida; a half sister, Melinie Dominguez of Statesboro; a niece, Franchesca Dominguez of Statesboro; his father and mother-in-law, Doy and Santos Johnson of Portal; several uncles, aunts and cousins.

Visitation: Wednesday, August 18, 2004, 9:00-11:00 a.m., at J. Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home.

Memorial service: Wednesday, August 18, 2004, 11:00 a.m., J. Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Charles Ivins officiating.

Burial: Union Church Cemetery. J. Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home.
