Mr. Joshua Matthew Eason Obituary

Hinesville, Liberty County, Georgia - Mr. Joshua Matthew Eason, 20, died Monday, July 12, 2004 at Liberty Regional Medical Center as a result of injuries in an automobile accident.

He was born in Savannah and lived in Midway for 13 years before moving to Montgomery County.

He recently moved back to Midway and was employed at Mainship Trawlers in Midway.

He was a member of Midway First Baptist Church. He was an E2 Airman with the 117th ACS, U.S. Air National Guard.

Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Reba Evans of Vidalia; one brother and sister-in-law, Chris and Becky Eason of Hinesville; a nephew, Keaton Eason of Hinesville; his maternal grandparents, Grady and Nell Hightower of Vidalia; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday, July 15, 2004 at Carter Funeral Home Oglethorpe Chapel.

Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday, July 16, 2004 at Midway First Baptist Church with Rev. J. C. Wright and Rev. Luke Rowland, Jr. officiating.

Burial will be in Midway United Methodist Church Cemetery with full military honors.

Carter Funeral Home Oglethorpe Chapel.
