Lyons, Toombs County, Georgia - Mrs. Ruby Dell Coe, 75, died Thursday.
Survivors: son, Bobby E. (Connie) Coe; daughter, Dell Coe; and other relatives.
Funeral: 2 p.m., Saturday in the Chapel of Jones-Stewart Funeral Home.
Interment: O'Reedy Cemetery in Lyons.

Collins, Tattnall County, Georgia - Mr. Felton Powell, 79, of Collins died Friday at Community Hospice in Vidalia.
The Tattnall County native served in the Marines during WW II. He was a farmer and retired from Joseph Evans Furniture. He was a member of the Collins Full Gospel Tabernacle Church, loved his four-wheeler and was a gun collector.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ruth Willoughby Sikes Powell; step-son, James (Elsie) Sikes all of Collins; four brothers, Junior Powell of Collins, Tommy Powell of Jacksonville, FL, Chester Powell of Collins and Hugh Powell of Santa Claus; two sisters, Bertie Mae Jernigan of Collins and Nancy Powell of Metter; four step -grandchildren and six step great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held 5:00-8:00 p.m., Sunday at the funeral home.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday at Kennedy Funeral Homes, Cobbtown Chapel, with burial in the Collins Baptist Church Cemetery.

Vidalia, Toombs County, Georgia - Mrs. Barbara "Wyolene" Kight Rizzo, 62, of 223 C.H. Slaton Rd., Vidalia, died Friday, October 21, in Meadows Nursing Center of Vidalia after an extended illness.
Mrs. Rizzo was a native of Toombs County. She was a Training Officer with Georgia Department of Corrections and Methodist by faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Rizzo, III.
Mrs. Rizzo is survived by one son, Joseph Rizzo, IV of Vidalia; one daughter, Aprile Rizzo of Vidalia; three grandchildren, Douglas A. Rizzo, Amanda Dawn Rizzo, Alexandria Paige Rizzo; two sisters, Sandy Majors (Raymond) of Claxton, Susanne Herring (Robert) of Glen St. Mary, Fla.; one brother, Michael Kight of Savannah, numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral services for Mrs. Barbara "Wyolene" Kight Rizzo will be conducted Sunday afternoon, October 23, at 3:00 from Harden's Chapel Methodist Church with Rev. Harold Tucker officiating.
Interment will follow in Harden's Chapel Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday evening from 6:00 until 8:00. The body will be placed in the Church one hour prior to funeral services.
