Vidalia - Cora Coney, 88, native of Trutlen County, expired Sunday, July 7 at St. Josephs Hospital in Savannah.

Survivors: sisters, Gladys Byne and McTillie Mae.

Funeral: 2:00 p. m. Saturday, July 13 at Kingdom Hall Jehovahs Witnesses, Vidalia.

Burial: East Park Cemetery, Vidalia.

Raymond Lee McLain


Morrow - Raymond Lee McLain died July 11. He was retired from Ford Motor Company and was a member of UAW Local #882.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Anita P. McLain.

Survivors: wife, Linda; daughter, Angela Albertini of Lawrenceville; son, Kevin Upton of Senoia; grandchildren, Samantha and Chase Upton; brothers, William H. McLain of Vidalia and James McLain of Lyons.

Visitation: 6:00-9:00 p. m., Friday, Southside Chapel Funeral Home; and 6:00-9:00 p. m., Saturday, Jamie S. Stewart Funeral Home in Lyons.

Funeral: 2:00 p. m. Sunday in the Chapel of the Jamie S. Stewart Funeral Home in Lyons.

Burial: Lyons City Cemetery.
