Robert "Rabbit" Fortner Obituary

Kibbee, Montgomery County, Georgia - Robert "Rabbit" Fortner, 49, died early Saturday, July 20, after an automobile accident near Vidalia.

"Rabbit" was a native and lifelong resident of Montgomery County. He was co-owner and operator of Vidalia Grading Company and a member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church.

Survivors: son, Jeff Fortner of Kibbee; and father, Robert Fortner, Sr., of Kibbee.

Visitation: beginning at 2:00 p. m., Sunday afternoon.

Funeral: 2:00 p. m., Monday, July 22, from the Ronnie L. Stewart Family Funeral Service Chapel of Vidalia.

Burial: Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery.
